Boston Capital is one of the nation's leading real estate financing and investment firms, with multifamily housing and commercial holdings in 48 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The client was seeking a cost-effective way to print and mail its annual report.

• Implement routine data hygiene routines
• Provide and maintain clean data to eliminate multiple mailings to the same recipient
