Sun Life Financial is a leading international financial services organization providing a diverse range of wealth accumulation and protection products and services to individuals and corporate customers. The client needed to mail a wide variety of recurring customer communications that require dedicated account management, data processing and mailing services. The client required all their materials to mail first class.
The Need:

• Re-designed the mail piece to take advantage of a lower postage rate
• Formed a dedicated team to manage and service the account
Result:
• Client outsourced recurring mailing projects to JLS that encompasses over 18 separate mailings
• Client outsourced storage of 150 pallets of material to JLS
• Gross postage savings of $59.5k was realized from redesign of mailing piece
• After deducting JLS charges for fulfillment and mailing, the client’s net savings was $16.3k
